Melbourne were stripped of two premierships, had their competition points taken away from them and were forced to offload some of their best players after being found guilty of major salary cap breaches last year.But the Storm climbed to the top of this season's standings after 15 rounds following tries from Ryan Hinchcliffe and Kevin Proctor, both laid on by man-of-the-match Cooper Cronk.The win marks the return of Craig Bellamy's Storm side from last year's nightmare season when they forfeited all their points and finished last.
